Employee plans and transforms kitchen to give customer comfortable and functional place she needs as she loses remainder of her sight

“It’s amazing where you can touch and help somebody.”  When Lowe’s kitchen specialist in Sulphur, Louisiana Joe Scully first met Cecilia Penn, the first thing he noticed was that she carried a cane.

“I offered her my arm and asked her what her plans were,”  Scully said.  “She told me she only had about seven years of sight left and she needed me to create a kitchen that she would be able to use in complete darkness.”

See how Scully created a special place Penn is able to enjoy.
