Memorial Day is about honoring the men and women who died while serving in the U.S. military, and Lowe's stores across the country do so by creating parking space tributes for those who made that ultimate sacrifice.

This tradition is now in its third year, and it gives associates and customers alike a chance to pause and remember those who fought and are still fighting to protect our country.

The Lowe's of Abilene, Texas takes a tremendous amount of pride in their parking lot display. In the video below, you'll see how their tribute came together and learn why it means so much to the associates.
