But this Valentine’s Day, Lowe’s associates are sharing a few reasons they love their jobs and the company they work for. Enjoy the sweet sentiments a few associates sent in to show their appreciation:
“I’ve been with Lowes Corporate tech just three months, and I am amazed by Lowe’s passion towards technology and an unfailing effort to improve the customer experience,” said Pritish De, a senior product manager. “I love every moment working for Lowes – the overall atmosphere is so friendly and your peers, supervisors make you feel at home right from day one. I can proudly say that Lowe’s is an amalgamation of positivity, passion and perseverance towards everything it does.”
In 22 years at Lowe’s, I have grown to love it more each year. I have developed lifelong friendships with amazing co-workers. I love that Lowe’s management truly cares about their employees not only at work but also in their personal lives as well. There is always room to grow and learn new things!
"New employees always feel hesitant about making the decision to start a new job. As a new Lowe’s AHRBP, I’ve felt welcomed and appreciated every step of the way," said Ruby Ventura, area HR business partner. "Last week was AHRBP appreciation and I had never had formal HR appreciation in any other company. It was such a surprise! The week was filled with so many lovely messages from my DM, District Partners and Store Leaders."
I think the one thing that I love the most about Lowe’s is the fact that they are always there to lend a helping hand. As a state of Kentucky resident, I was humbled by the outpouring of support that Lowe’s provided to the people of Western Kentucky during the recent tornado disaster – our store even sent team members to help assist in Western Kentucky stores!
