In celebration of Black History Month, the Lowe's Careers social channels posted a series of reflections from members of the company's Black Business Resource Group.

Tonya L. Ellison -- senior manager, technology vendor management -- and Jamaal Deveaux -- senior director, supply chain -- kicked things off by sharing what Black History Month means to them.
