9-year-old girl hands out Lowe’s buckets to homeless

Find a need and fill it.

It’s a phrase often said, but rarely acted out.

Unless, of course, you’re 9-year-old Samantha Kincaid. She saw a need while walking around downtown Pittsburgh a few years ago and decided to do something about it.
