As senior vice president, supply chain operations support, Steve McKalvey is responsible for the execution, efficiency and productivity of supply chain operations. He joined Lowe’s in 2018.
Steve has more than 23 years of big box retail experience, including 20 years in the home improvement sector and 10 years in the professional building and repair trades. Prior to his current role, he served as vice president, XDT/BDC operations. He also served as Lowe’s vice president, store operations. Before joining Lowe’s, he served as vice president, store operations with J.C. Penney Co. Previously, he held several leadership roles at Home Depot Inc., including senior director, customer care and director of operational process for store operations.
Steve is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard. He also serves as the co-chair on Lowe's veterans business resource group, "VET."
