
As senior vice president, store merchandising, Del Dryden is responsible for the execution of merchandising strategies, from the product line review process to localized assortments and the in-store merchandising experience, through oversight of merchandising operations, store merchandising execution and field merchandising. He joined Lowe's in 1995 as a part-time associate.
Del has 26 years of home improvement experience. Most recently, he served as vice president, merchandising execution, where he was responsible for store environment, visual merchandising, in-store merchandising execution, space productivity, and store planning and design. During his career, he has held a variety of roles with increasing responsibility in store operations, including store manager, district manager, regional sales director and regional vice president.
