As senior vice president, financial planning & analysis, Adam Filipponi is responsible for corporate financial planning and analysis, as well as finance partnership with stores, merchandising, supply chain, technology, omni, marketing and financial services. He joined Lowe’s in 2012.

Adam has over 15 years of experience in finance, with more than 10 of those in the retail industry. In a prior role as vice president, merchandising finance, he oversaw finance for Lowe’s merchandising organization, providing financial leadership on strategic and operational issues, and partnering with the business to develop strategic direction and drive performance against business goals. He has also held roles of increasing responsibility in stores finance, corporate strategy, and global financial planning & analysis. Before joining Lowe’s, he held finance and accounting positions at Lowes Foods and Comstock Advisors.

Adam earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from North Carolina State University and an MBA from Wake Forest University. He is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of North Carolina.
