As senior vice president, strategy & transformation, Ryan Grimsland is responsible for establishing the enterprise strategy, managing the strategic planning process, identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring cross-functional alignment and on-time delivery of the company’s top strategic initiatives. He joined Lowe’s in 2006.
Ryan has more than 20 years of experience in retail finance. Prior to his current role, he held several leadership positions at Lowe’s, including senior vice president, corporate finance and treasurer, vice president, corporate financial planning and analysis, and vice president, stores finance. Previously, he served as vice president, finance for international and business development. During his tenure, Ryan has also held multiple leadership roles across the finance organization, including in business development, retail finance, operations and strategy. Before joining Lowe’s, he held positions in operations and finance with Haverty’s Furniture and UBS.
Ryan earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from High Point University and an MBA from Benedictine University.
