Club members participate in celebration, skills clinic during Charlotte’s big basketball weekend
Kenny “The Jet” Smith partnered with Lowe’s to renovate the gym at the Joe R. Hudson Boys & Girls Club just outside of Charlotte, North Carolina.
Smith, along with local Lowe’s Heroes volunteers, spent the last few weeks renovating the gym by buffing the floors, painting, updating windows and fixtures and adding new gym equipment and storage.
A celebration was held during a special event to announce the Kenny Smith Family Court. Nearly 100 Club members and their families participated in a mini basketball clinic and enjoyed food trucks and bouncy houses.
