Lowe’s closes in on goal of helping 1,000 families have a home for the holidays

December will be here soon, and Lowe’s is focused on reaching its yearlong goal to partner with Habitat for Humanity to help 1,000 families have a safe, affordable home for the holidays. From National Women Build Week in May to a neighborhood revitalization project last weekend on Chicago’s South Side, and many projects in between, Lowe’s has been bringing stability to families by helping them build or repair their homes all year. Check out the slideshow to see some of the homes Lowe’s has worked on so far, and continue to check back on Open House to keep up with the progress.
