It’s worn by associates who serve customers in stores. But have you noticed others wearing blue shirts in the aisles at your local Lowe’s?
Those blue shirts are Merchandising Service Teams (MST) and they are actually Lowe’s associates serving customers in a different way.
MST associates’ main responsibility is to maintain the visual appearance of the store. They make sure the things customers need are on shelves and in the right place, make room for new items and ensure the store looks grand opening ready every day.
While MST associates focus on store maintenance, Lowe’s red vest associates are freed up to spend even more time focused on providing the best service to its customers.
