Lowe’s celebrates associates as it aims to fill 50,000 positions through National Hiring Day
Lowe’s second annual National Hiring Day is underway. Ranging from full-time, part-time and seasonal positions, Lowe’s hopes to hire 50,000 associates across more than 1,700 of its U.S. stores. The positions include department supervisors, customer service associates, cashiers, stockers and sales specialists.
“Lowe’s is a great fit for individuals who thrive on serving customers and want the benefits of working with one of the largest retailers in the country while being in a close-knit team environment, said Jennifer Weber, Lowe’s executive vice president, human resources.
As the company prepares for an influx in hiring, it’s also celebrating some of the hardworking red vest associates already working for the company and serving customers across the country. Meet three associates who know what it means to serve the customer, even if that means doing something a little out of the ordinary:
