Panther Valley School District

Panther Valley Elementary School seeks to improve the mental health, overall well-being and compassion fatigue of its teachers and staff by creating a comfortable, updated faculty room. The school district community lives in poverty and classes exceed the recommended class size by 10-12 students. A faculty room will give teachers and staff to have an area to rest or engage in discussion during their planning time rather than being forced to do it within their classrooms. It will give teachers and staff a place to comfortably eat their lunch rather than eating on outdated school furniture.
