Mr. Heinrich most recently served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of The Clorox Company, a global manufacturer and marketer of consumer and professional products, from June 2009 to November 2011. Mr. Heinrich held various senior-level positions at Clorox from 2001 to 2011, including Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining Clorox, his executive roles included Senior Vice President, Treasurer of Transamerica Finance Corporation, Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Controller of Granite Management Company, Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of First Nationwide Bank and Senior Audit Manager at Ernst & Young.

Mr. Heinrich served on the boards of Aramark Corporation from November 2017 to February 2023, Edgewell Personal Care Company (formerly Energizer Holdings, Inc.) from April 2012 to February 2022 and Ball Corporation from August 2016 to April 2022.
